I have a unique perspective when advising and supporting the parents. As an attorney with over 20 years in practice, I have experience litigating disability-related cases and advising parents on special education matters. As a trainer for the Federation for Children with Special Needs, I regularly interact with parents and caregivers of children throughout the state with an array of concerns, issues, and experiences, and have a true sense of the range of possibilities and potential pitfalls. As a mother of children with disabilities, I have firsthand knowledge of how challenging and overwhelming it can be to prioritize and allocate time and resources to effectively support your child, both in and out of school.
